Mainly I am working in three areas: Front End, UX/UI and Display.
I usually work with different freelancers with whom I have previously worked or collaborate regularly. When the project begins, we set the milestones, the workflow and we distribute the work.
I tend to be more in the technical part. always with a great knowledge of the full process that comes before and after coding.

We will build a check list and go point by point, getting insights, measuring, tracking. Making improvements.
Brand
What about your brand? Is it a new brand? Is it a redesign? Is there an existing brand? Is it digitalized? Does it work well on any device?
Content
Where does content come from? What is the audience? Is it iterative, defined or evaluated? What are the key/strategic features? How many pages on the website? What are the media resources?
Development
Let's be agile! We need to think about the project, could it scale? What framework are we going to use? Is there a CMS? What about costs and maintenance?
